Early impressions - a bit too much Oscar and Buffy, not quite enough Book. And can't help but note references to a WaPo colleague that the uncharitable might task as a bit ... what ... help me here ... cliquey? The Markson posting was the highlight - nice link to the Onion. A bit disingenuous perhaps - "Lord knows what you were thinking when you asked me to do this" - making it clear it would never have been her idea; but, to quote Douglas Adams, Mostly Harmless.
Overall: A quiet start, testing the waters, nothing too terribly special. We score it 2.75 out of 5. Updates as events warrant.
i would just like to say that my name is also Jennifer Howard
Happy Halloween

Well hello! I used to be Jennifer Howard, but am now Jennifer Brown (a much less popular name {{sarcasm}}. I used to live in Southern Cal, too, but now am in PA. So I will be the Previous Jennifer Howard the 5th, formerly of CA.
